TMEIC Port Technologies seeks a Sales Application Engineer to join the U.S. Industrial Systems team while based in Valencia, Spain. The role combines engineering expertise with customer interaction to develop technical and commercial proposals for the U.S. market.

You will collaborate with U.S.-based sales teams, customers, OEMs and internal engineers, traveling occasionally and supporting complex international projects across heavy industries.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in Application Engineering, Systems Engineering or Technical Sales within industrial automation.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs), motors, motion control or industrial automation systems.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and commercial quotations.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop technical and commercial proposals for industrial drive and automation solutions supporting the U.S. market.
• Analyze customer RFQs and define the most suitable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based sales teams, customers, OEMs, suppliers and internal engineering teams throughout the proposal process.
• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates and pricing support.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend the most competitive technical solution.
• Support the U.S. Sales team during customer meetings, technical presentations and discussions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites, including potential international travel to support business activities.
