BCNC GROUP is seeking an Automotive Product Engineer for our Valencia team. The role focuses on project reception, RFQ quoting, and ensuring mold, part, and process feasibility meets quality standards as we launch new components in the automotive sector.

The successful candidate will analyze part capacity, tolerances, and gauge design, resolve launch-phase issues, and collaborate with documentation such as RFQ and quality regulations.

Formación

• Mechanical engineer with 3+ years in automotive.
• Experience with aesthetic plastic parts.
• Experience in feasibility studies (mold, part and process, quality).
• Proficient in Catia V5.
• High level of English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Project reception.
• RFQ quote.
• Assess mold, part and process feasibility and quality.
• Ensure no component issues occur.
• Monitor in plant for launch phase problems.
• Analyze part capacity and tolerances.
• Handle production process issues.
• During launch: investigate issues, review prototypes and modify designs.
• Work with RFQ, SCCAF, TGSS, cost savings and quality regulations.
• Prepare materials documentation and tests.

We are looking for Automotive Product Engineer for our team in Valencia to work in one of the most important Tier 1 in the automotive sector.

Location: Valencia.

Responsibilities

• Project reception.
• RFQ quote.
• Mold, part and process feasibility, quality.
• Ensure that there are no problems between components.
• Monitoring in plant of problems that may arise in the launch phase.
• Analysis of part capacity.
• Tolerance analysis.
• Problems in production processes.
• In launch phase: search for solutions to any problem, review of prototypes and design modifications.
• Work with documentation such as: RFQ, SCCAF, TGSS, cost savings, quality regulations.
• Feasibility studies, materials documentation, tolerances, tests, etc.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the Automotive sector.
• Experience with aesthetic plastic parts.
• Experience in feasibility studies (mold, part and process, quality), design review, part capacity analysis, tolerance analysis, study and design of gauges.
• Problem resolution in the launch phase.
• Catia v5.
• High level of English.
• Availability for international travel.
