Anschuetz UK Ltd. in Valencia is building an agile development centre focused on maritime sensor, navigation, and automation systems. We hire software engineers across levels and offer a modern toolchain, international collaboration, and clear growth paths.

You'll work in a bilingual team (English and Spanish), participate in planning, development, testing, and documentation, and contribute to engineering culture and AI-assisted development.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant software development experience from early career to more seasoned roles.
• Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, quality awareness, and interest in high-end maritime solutions.
• Affinity for AI-assisted development and responsible AI expansion in engineering and products.
• Very good written and spoken English; Spanish helpful for local collaboration.
• Nice to have: experience with complex software systems and C++, Python, Qt/QML or ROS2.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance maritime sensor, navigation, and automation systems in collaboration with your team and stakeholders.
• Plan and implement software tasks, including effort estimates, technical implementation, integration, testing, and documentation.
• Continuously improve delivery efficiency and quality, including domain understanding, automation, and AI-assisted development.
• Contribute ideas to improve engineering culture, methods, processes, and collaboration.
• Depending on experience, take broader ownership for technical concepts, architecture, coordination, mentoring, or cross-team alignment.
