ICEYE is seeking an HR Generalist for its Spain subsidiary in Valencia. You will be the face of HR for the local office and manage the employee lifecycle in alignment with global standards.

You collaborate with IT, Finance and Office Management to ensure onboarding, contracts, payroll data and HR policies meet local legal requirements.

The role supports wellbeing, performance, and culture initiatives while upholding ICEYE’s values in a hybrid, office-first workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• 3–4 years of generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and local benefits.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR contact in Spain via ticketing tools for benefits, policies, and lifecycle events.
• Lead onboarding and relocation support, and manage country-specific paperwork.
• Prepare local employment contracts, registrations, and documentation.
• Manage local HR providers and vendors to support employee needs.
• Oversee local offboarding and ensure legal exits.
• Enter and audit payroll data with the payroll vendor.
• Maintain employee records in HiBob with data privacy compliance.
• Develop and implement local HR policies and employee handbook.
• Identify opportunities to automate local HR tasks with Global HR Ops.
• Support wellbeing, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
• Prepare HR metrics (turnover, headcount, absence) for leadership.
