weWow in Valencia, Spain, is hiring a Customer Support Agent to join the Winparts team and deliver fast, friendly, professional help to customers across channels. You will handle product queries, order questions and returns, ensuring an excellent customer journey from first contact to resolution.

Seeking native Spanish speakers with strong communication, empathy, and a commercial mindset. This full-time role offers growth, relocation support, and a vibrant scale-up culture in Europe.

Qualifications

• You speak native-level Spanish
• Additional language skills, especially Dutch, are considered a strong plus
• You are available full-time (39 hours per week)
• You have experience in customer service, sales, customer experience or a similar customer-facing role
• You are highly educated and possess strong communication skills
• You combine empathy with a commercial mindset and enjoy advising customers
• You are proactive, dedicated and take ownership of your work
• You enjoy solving problems and creating positive customer experiences
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• You are digitally savvy and familiar with CRM systems and online tools
• You are curious, eager to learn and motivated to become an expert in your field

Responsibilities

• You assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and WhatsApp
• You answer questions about products, orders, deliveries and returns
• You provide friendly, accurate and solution-oriented support
• You register customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• You ensure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience
• You work towards high customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and efficiency
• You identify recurring customer feedback and proactively share ideas to improve processes and the overall customer experience
• You collaborate closely with your teammates and support each other to deliver the best possible service
