Job summary

Labhouse, based in Barcelona, is seeking a UX Director to set the design vision across our app portfolio and own the design system. You will partner with the CEO and Head of Product, defining standards, processes and craft that set our apps apart.

This leadership role combines deep hands-on work with strategy: lead the design team, review final pixels, and drive business outcomes such as activation, retention, and store performance. Remote-friendly in Spain with Barcelona office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of design teams or design function.
• Experience shipping consumer mobile apps with business impact.
• Portfolio showing craft and strategic thinking from concept to shipped product.

Responsibilities

• Define UX principles, visual language and quality bar for all products.
• Lead designs for new apps from concept to launch with user validation.
• Own design system across portfolio and ensure craft in assets and store visuals.
• Collaborate with Product/Data to improve activation, retention and conversion.
