Labhouse in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Product to partner with the CEO and own the product vision across our app portfolio, from idea to scale. You'll set the product strategy and lead a data-driven decision culture, building the team that carries it out in a hands-on leadership role.

You'll define the vision across apps, drive growth, own activation/retention/monetization metrics, and oversee cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, and marketing.

Formación

• Solid experience building products, including consumer mobile apps.
• 0→1 experience: taken a product from idea to traction.
• Proven track record moving metrics (retention, monetization, LTV).
• Strong analytical foundation: SQL, statistics, experiment design, unit economics.
• Experience leading and mentoring people to build a team.
• High agency, startup speed, direct collaboration with founders.
• Sharp eye for UX and Apple-like product experiences.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate workflows.
• Degree in a quantitative or technical field (Data Science, CS, Eng, Math, Stats, Physics).

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and roadmap across our apps, decide investments and sunsetting.
• Lead ideation, validation and 0→1 launches with the CEO.
• Own growth metrics (activation, retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV) with experimentation.
• Set standards for A/B testing, onboarding and paywall experiments.
• Hire, mentor and lead product managers and analysts.
• Align engineering, design and marketing around clear priorities and ship fast.
• Maintain a high UX bar in all releases.
• Leverage AI-native practices to speed up research and prototyping.
