Labhouse in Barcelona is seeking a Lead UI/UX Artist to define how design is done in the company. This end-to-end role covers research, benchmarking, testing, and delivering beautiful, functional mobile experiences.

You will own the full design lifecycle, from prototype to production assets, evolve the design system, and drive scalability across products while collaborating with Product and Development. A strong portfolio showing iOS/Android work, Figma mastery, and a product‑first mindset is

Formación

• Degree in Art, Graphic Design, HCI, or related design field.
• Proven end-to-end UX/UI experience from discovery to UI execution.
• You have an artistic eye for color and composition and can produce production-ready assets.
• Hands-on mobile app design for iOS and Android.
• Experience with apps launched from scratch and strong business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile apps, from concept to production assets.
• Own and evolve design systems to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Collaborate with Product and Development to design new features and updates.
• Benchmark competitors and implement opportunities to drive impact.
