Labhouse, based in Barcelona, seeks an experienced UI/UX Director to set design strategy across its app portfolio. You will partner with the CEO and Head of Product to define standards, processes and craft that differentiates our apps.

This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on work on concept definition, craft reviews and system-wide design governance. You will own the design system, drive measurable impact on activation, retention and store performance, and build a team to

Formación

Solid track record in product, UX/UI, or visual design with leadership experience.
Experience leading design for consumer mobile apps at scale with measurable impact.
Portfolio showing craft and strategic thinking from concept to shipped products.
Artistic eye for color, composition, typography and motion; able to review assets.
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with hands-on capability.
Deep knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines, beyond theming.

Responsabilidades

Set UI/UX principles and visual language for the portfolio at leadership level.
Lead 0-1 launches, including research, prototyping, and user validation.
Define production quality for assets, animations, store visuals and assets.
Collaborate with Product and Data to improve onboarding, paywalls and retention.
Own a design system that scales across products and teams.
Introduce AI-enabled workflows for research, ideation, and prototyping.
Build and mentor design teams, hiring senior talent.
