Job summary

Labhouse, based in Barcelona, is hiring a Head of Product to own the product vision across its app portfolio. You will partner with the CEO, set strategy, and build a data-driven culture with an expert product and analytics team.

This hands-on leadership role drives growth, experimentation, and cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, and marketing. Hybrid work from Barcelona is offered to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• Solid experience building products, including consumer mobile apps.
• 0→1 experience: taken a product from idea to real traction.
• Proven track record of moving key metrics (retention, monetization, LTV).
• Strong analytical foundation: SQL, statistics, experiment design, and fluency in unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, payback).
• Experience leading and mentoring people and building a team.
• Startup speed and high agency working with founders.
• Sharp eye for UX and Apple-like product experiences.
• Proficient with AI tools to accelerate workflow.
• Degree in quantitative/technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap across our app portfolio.
• Lead 0→1 launches with the CEO, with kill/scale criteria.
• Own growth and monetization metrics (activation, retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV/CAC).
• Establish A/B testing, onboarding, and paywall experimentation standards.
• Hire, mentor and lead product managers and analysts as we grow.
• Align engineering, design and marketing around priorities and ship fast.
• Maintain high quality UX and product craft across releases.
• Bring AI-native practices to research, prototyping and analysis.
