Job summary

KBR is seeking a Food Service Baker (Contingency) to prepare, mix, and bake pastries and other baked goods for Morón Air Base in Spain. You will follow recipes, maintain quality and consistency, and work in a shift environment that ensures round-the-clock service to military personnel.

Required are a Food Handler’s Certificate, a High School Diploma, and at least one year of restaurant or bakery experience; English level I.

Responsibilities

• Bake pastries in accordance with daily food production log using standard recipes. Display pastries in a professional manner.
• Assist cook with all food preparation. Prepare and serve grilled food. Check food temperatures.
• Assists in serving and replenishing food on the serving line.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and utensils used in accordance with proper procedures.
• Keep the kitchen, serving line, and dining room area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow all Safety guidelines.
• Complete all training required.
• Wear a clean uniform and pertinent personal protective equipment.
• Works with minimum supervision.
• Works shifts.
• Follow the cook’s and shift supervisor’s instructions.

Job Summary

The Baker prepares, mixes, and bakes pastries, and other baked goods. This role involves following proper techniques, following recipes, and maintaining quality and consistency in all products. You will be working in a shift environment that provides the highest level of customer service around the clock.
