Job summary

KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and other bases, delivering Tier I/II technical support in a DoD enterprise environment. You will ensure reliable operation of mission systems and end-user devices while adhering to cybersecurity and asset-management requirements.

This role involves on-site support across desktops and mobile devices, imaging with MECM/SCCM, and maintaining strict data sanitation and asset lifecycle processes for Air Force networks.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• CompTIA A+ CE or higher.
• Windows enterprise support experience.
• Knowledge of asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site for desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, eTools and mobile devices across Air Force networks (NIPRNet).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems and approved applications.
• Image and deploy systems using MECM/SCCM.
• Maintain lifecycle accountability of IT assets in compliance with Air Force procedures.
• Track assets using systems such as AFEMS or ITAMS.
• Perform receipt, tagging, issuance, transfer, and disposal of equipment.
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate repairs, warranties, and refresh cycles.
• Ensure proper data sanitization per NIST 800-88 standards.
• Use remedy to document and track maintenance actions.

Program Summary

Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

Provide Tier I/II technical support in a U.S. Air Force enterprise environment, ensuring reliable operation of mission systems and end-user devices. Support NIPRNet and base-level IT infrastructure while maintaining strict adherence to Air Force and DoD cybersecurity, asset accountability, and configuration management requirements
