HBX Group is seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist Hotelbeds and Bedsonline clients across pre‑arrival, in‑stay and post‑travel stages. You will deliver prompt, accurate solutions within service deadlines to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Fluent English and Turkish are mandatory. You’ll use CRM systems, handle multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment and uphold a customer‑centric service culture in a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or operational support.
• Hospitality or travel background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle bookings and client requests across the full journey before arrival, during stay and after travel.
• Resolve client issues efficiently while adhering to defined service levels and quality standards.
• Provide timely and accurate information to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Aim for first contact resolution whenever possible.
• Escalate complex cases according to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems.
• Contribute to a high‑performance, customer‑centric service culture.
