HBX Group is a global technology partner for travel, delivering booking support across hotels, transport, activities and payments. We seek a Customer Support Executive to assist Hotelbeds and Bedsonline clients through the full customer journey, from pre-arrival to post-travel, providing accurate solutions and timely responses.

You will work in a fast-paced service environment, using CRM systems to document cases and aiming for high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Fluent English and Turkish in speaking and writing.
• Experience in customer service or operational support; travel or hospitality background preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle bookings-related requests before arrival, during stay, and after travel.
• Resolve client issues adhering to service levels, quality standards, and procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate information to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Aim for first contact resolution whenever possible.
• Escalate complex cases according to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems.
• Contribute to a high-performance, customer-centric service culture.
