Tokio Marine HCC is seeking an Underwriting Assistant based in Barcelona. You will support a dynamic team focused on developing the global Transaction Risk business by performing essential administrative tasks and handling documents to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You will work with brokers and insureds, manage client folders, and help with policy issuance and premium follow-ups, reporting to the TRI Underwriting Support Manager. A BA or MA is expected, and English fluency is required.

Formación

• Experience in an administrative position with a BA or MA.
• Fluent in English (high level); additional languages are a plus.
• Expert level Word and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create, revise, negotiate and sign NDAs and/or any other legal documents.
• Monitor the client’s portfolio; create and maintain client folders; issue policies and invoices.
• Follow up on unsettled premiums and organize calls for the team.
• Provide full administrative support to a team of Underwriters.

You will directly report to the TRI Underwriting Support Manager and perform traditional administrative tasks supporting the team’s business development goals.
