Job summary

Finom is recruiting a Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager to oversee daily money movement, settlement, and reconciliation across SEPA, instant payments, cards and international transfers. You’ll work with a small team as volumes grow and new products launch, shaping money flows and safeguarding client funds.

The role emphasizes hands-on treasury management, cross-team collaboration with product and engineering, and building automated processes in a cutting-edge European fintech

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations, payment operations or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution or bank.
• Builder's mindset: automated processes, collaboration with engineers.
• Escalation: handle money-impacting incidents with banks/schemes/internal teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT and card schemes.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Settlement and reconciliation day to day, ensuring every euro is where it should be.
• Daily funding of payment channels and buffers, around the clock.
• Safeguarding money and accurate regulatory reporting.
• Funds-flow engineering for new products and markets.
• Escalation point to resolve issues quickly with cross-team processes.
• Document operation workflows and automate manual work with engineering teams.
