Job summary

Ebury in Málaga is seeking a Junior Treasury Operations Analyst to join the Treasury Operations Team. You will play a key role in the financial reconciliations and report to the Treasury Operations Reconciliation Manager.

The role involves daily reconciliations across 800+ accounts in 100+ currencies, EMIR-compliant trade reconciliation, and supporting group bank accounts. You will also contribute to weekly/monthly reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• High level Excel or Google Sheets proficiency is required.
• Team player with ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
• Strong English and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the treasury team and central role in daily operations.
• Assist with reconciliation and reporting for 800+ accounts in 100+ currencies.
• Execute daily trade reconciliation across FX types and counterparties in line with EMIR requirements.
• Support Group Bank reconciliations including client collections, LP settlements, payouts, treasury, and trade finance accounts.
• Monitor trade populations and settlements; manage discrepancies between internal and external cash flows and balances.
• Perform daily internal control checks and contribute to weekly/monthly treasury reporting.
• Document and control processes to facilitate audits and intra-department reporting.
