Job summary

Ebury Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Treasury domain. The role focuses on modeling data in the data platform, building reports, and developing AI-powered workflows to automate treasury data processes.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Product and Tech teams to drive insights and efficiencies globally. Based in Málaga or Madrid with hybrid flexibility, you will contribute to cash management, ALM reporting, and regulatory compliance while supporting data platform

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data/Business Analytics with treasury or finance exposure is a plus.
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to read and write complex queries.
• Experience with AI and agentic workflows.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to present data clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with autonomous work style.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Financial Services and Capital Markets (FX, Payments, Money Markets, Treasury) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineering, Treasury and Product teams.
• Model data in the platform to perform treasury analytics and build reports for the Treasury domain.
• Design and maintain AI agentic workflows and tools to automate treasury data processes.
• Oversee end-to-end treasury solutions across jurisdictions, from requirements to delivery.
• Maintain dashboards and visualisations on the data platform for treasury reporting and controls.
