Ebury in Málaga is seeking a Junior Treasury Operations Analyst to join the Treasury Operations Team, supporting the daily reconciliations of 800+ accounts in 100+ currencies and reporting to the Reconciliation Manager.

You will work in a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 day from home per week), collaborate across teams, maintain controls, and assist with audits. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High level in Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheet is a must.
• Team player, fast learner, able to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships.
• Motivated, with a desire to make Ebury a success.

Responsibilities

• WIll work with the wider treasury function and will play a central role in the daily operations of the department.
• Supporting the financial reconciliation function ensuring the adequate reconciliation and reporting of 800+ accounts in 100+ currencies.
• Execution of daily trade reconciliation across multiple FX transaction types and counterparties in line with EMIR requirements.
• Support to Group Bank accounts reconciliations including client collections, LP settlements, payout, corporate treasury, trade finance and SPV, cover accounts.
• Daily monitoring and controls over trade populations and settlements.
• Management of discrepancies across trade details between internal systems.
• Auditing support and intra-department reporting.
