seQura in Barcelona is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance & Treasury team. You will own day-to-day treasury operations, manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, merchant follow‑ups and expense control across markets.

You’ll collaborate with banks, merchants and internal teams to simplify, automate and scale processes, improve data quality and deliver actionable insights, while challenging the status quo with innovative approaches.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of treasury or analytical experience in a high-growth fintech/SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage day-to-day treasury operations across SeQura’s markets.
• Perform bank transfer reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor and reconcile cash flows with insights on movements.
• Manage merchant follow-ups and debt recovery activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve treasury processes.
