Job summary

Manychat is seeking a mid-level Treasury Analyst in Barcelona to own daily cash positions, forecasts, FX management and banking operations. You will build reliable Treasury data, ensure controls, and analyze payment provider costs. A hands-on role with cross-functional exposure and opportunities to improve automation.

You’ll work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Payroll and other teams to keep cash and liquidity healthy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, payments, or finance operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of cash management, banking, investments, and FX.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of financial controls and segregation of duties.
• Ability to run recurring processes independently and coordinate across teams.
• Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across entities, accounts and currencies.
• Prepare short-term cash-flow forecasts and analyze key variances.
• Support cash placements, maturity management and investment performance tracking.
• Monitor FX exposures and support currency conversions.
• Manage operational relationships with banks, including account administration, KYC, access rights.
• Manage banking transactions and documentation with proper approvals and duties segregation.
• Produce regular Treasury reporting and maintain auditable Treasury data.
• Investigate discrepancies and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain and improve Treasury controls, procedures and documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to systems implementation and data quality projects.
• Support testing and adoption of automated Treasury processes.
• Participate in other Treasury and cross-functional projects.
• Support selected payment and monetization analysis; collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Payroll.
