Job summary

Manychat, Inc. in Barcelona seeks a mid‑level Treasury Analyst to own daily cash management and liquidity across entities and currencies. You will build a reliable Treasury database, ensure data quality, and support analytics for payments and monetization.

You will work with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Payroll and other teams in a hands‑on role, helping implement automation and stronger controls. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, payments, or finance operations.
• Fluent English.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cash management, banking, investments, and FX.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of financial controls and segregation of duties.
• Ability to run recurring processes independently and coordinate across teams.
• Eye for detail and habit of improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across entities and currencies.
• Prepare short-term cash-flow forecasts and analyze variances.
• Support cash placements, maturity management and investments.
• Monitor FX exposures and currency conversions.
• Manage banking relationships and related documentation.
• Handle banking transactions with proper approvals and duties segregation.
• Produce regular Treasury reporting and maintain auditable data.
• Investigate discrepancies and support audits.
• Maintain and improve Treasury controls and procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and support system implementations and automation.
• Support testing and adoption of automated Treasury processes.
• Participate in Treasury and cross‑functional projects.
• Assist with payment and monetization analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Payroll and other teams.
