Job summary

Manychat in Barcelona is seeking a mid-level Treasury Analyst to own daily cash operations, forecasts, FX and banking. You’ll build a clean treasury database, enforce controls, and report on liquidity across entities.

You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal and Payroll, manage bank relationships, perform payments analysis, and help implement automation and data quality improvements. Hybrid onboarding and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, payments, or finance operations.
• Fluent English.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cash management, banking, investments, and FX.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• A solid understanding of financial controls and segregation of duties.
• The ability to run recurring processes on your own and follow up across teams.
• An eye for detail and a habit of making processes better.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across entities, accounts and currencies.
• Prepare short-term cash-flow forecasts and analyze key variances.
• Support cash placements, maturity management and investment performance tracking.
• Monitor FX exposures and support currency conversions.
• Manage operational relationships with banks, including account administration, KYC, access rights and banking documentation.
• Manage banking transactions and supporting documentation in line with approval and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Produce regular Treasury reporting and maintain accurate, complete and auditable Treasury data.
• Investigate discrepancies and support internal and external audit requests.
• Maintain and improve Treasury controls, procedures and operational documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to systems implementation, automation and data-quality improvements.
• Support testing and adoption of automated Treasury processes.
• Participate in other Treasury and cross‑functional projects.
• Support selected payment and monetization analysis, including payment-cost analysis.
• Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Payroll and other internal teams.
