HBX Group is seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist Hotelbeds and Bedsonline clients across the full customer journey. The role focuses on prompt, accurate solutions that meet deadlines and quality guidelines, aiming for high customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clear case notes, and collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in travel and hospitality.

Formación

• Fluent English and French are required, both spoken and written.
• Customer service or operational support experience in travel or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle operational requests related to bookings before arrival, during stay, and after travel.
• Resolve client issues while following service levels and quality standards.
• Provide timely and accurate information to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Aim for first contact resolution and escalate complex cases per protocols.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems.
• Contribute to a high-performance, customer-centric service culture.
