HBX Group is a global technology partner for travel, seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist Hotelbeds and Bedsonline clients across the full customer journey.

You will deliver prompt, accurate solutions within service guidelines, aim for first contact resolution, and maintain precise case documentation while supporting a high-performance, customer-centric team. Fluent English and Turkish are required, with travel or hospitality experience preferred.

Formación

• Fluent English and Turkish, both spoken and written.
• Customer service or operations support experience; travel or hospitality background preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with booking, case management or CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle booking-related requests before arrival, during stay and after travel.
• Provide timely, accurate information to ensure smooth client experience.
• Aim for first contact resolution and meet service deadlines.
• Escalate complex cases following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems.
• Contribute to a customer-centric service culture.
