HBX Group is seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist Hotelbeds and Bedsonline clients with operational booking requests across the full customer journey—from pre-arrival to post-travel. You will deliver prompt, accurate solutions in line with service deadlines, quality guidelines, and internal protocols to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Fluent English and Turkish are mandatory. A background in customer service, travel, or hospitality is preferred.

Formación

• Fluent English & Turkish required, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service or travel/hospitality operations.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle bookings before arrival, during stay, and after travel.
• Resolve client issues while adhering to service levels and quality standards.
• Provide timely and accurate information for a smooth client experience.
• Aim for first contact resolution whenever possible.
• Escalate complex cases per established protocols and document cases.
