HBX Group is seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist Hotelbeds and Bedsonline clients with operational booking requests across the full customer journey. You will deliver prompt, accurate solutions, align with deadlines, and strive for first contact resolution.

Formación

• Fluent English & Turkish are mandatory for this role.
• Experience in customer service or operations support; travel or hospitality background preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with booking, case management, or CRM systems is a plus.
