Job summary

Shift4 is seeking an Onsite Services Installer to deploy and support POS systems worldwide. You will install, configure, and test Shift4 Dine and payment gateway solutions at merchant sites, provide training, and deliver high-quality customer service.

The role requires travel, on-site visits, and remote support from office or home when not traveling. Fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in network, computer, POS, or payment technology installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to install, configure, test, and train on POS and payment gateway solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and deliver training for SHIFT4 Dine POS systems and payment gateway solutions.
• Perform site surveys and network diagnostics; validate credit card processing functionality.
• Coordinate with merchants and partners to ensure smooth installations and post-install support.
• Provide documentation, feedback, and beta testing participation for new hardware/software.
• Travel domestically and internationally; support onsite and remotely; maintain scheduling and reporting.
