Shift4 is seeking an Onsite Services Installer to deploy and support POS systems, payment gateways, and peripherals at merchant locations. The role combines onsite and remote work with national and international travel, training customers, and coordinating with partners.

A strong focus on customer service and professional handling of deployments is essential. The position requires experience in POS installations, network diagnostics, and a bilingual English/Spanish capability, plus a valid

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting networked POS and payment tech.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, network diagnostics and payment environments.
• Ability to test and validate POS systems, gateways, and peripherals independently.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on short notice.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Own vehicle with a good driving record and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, test, and train for SHIFT4 Dine POS and payment gateway solutions.
• Perform site surveys, diagnostics, and validate credit card processing with minimal remote support.
• Coordinate with merchants and partners to ensure successful installations.
• Provide post-installation documentation, photos, and feedback; participate in beta testing.
• Deliver onsite and remote support with clear communication via phone, email, and work orders.
• Manage equipment inventory, requisitions, and monthly expense reporting.
• Engage in ongoing product training and industry knowledge expansion.
• Adhere to safe driving and maintain reliable transportation for visits; travel as required.
