The ideal candidate will have experience working with American clients and in the tour operating industry. This role offers a permanent contract with a salary range of €25,000 to €30,000 plus bonuses.

Overview

A leading B2B travel company is looking to add a Travel Coordinator to its team in central Madrid. The role involves providing direct support to travel advisors and ensuring smooth coordination of client itineraries and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage all arrangements and administrative tasks related to client itineraries
• Prepare detailed itineraries and personalized travel documents based on client needs
• Maintain and update internal systems and company information
• Make and modify reservations with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide phone support and assist with daily office operations
• Support reservation agents with client requests and last-minute changes
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and partners to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Experience working with American clients
• Experience in the tour operating industry
