Job summary

Making Science Group S.A. is seeking a hybrid App Growth Specialist to lead the acquisition, retention and measurement ecosystem for a key travel client. You will own the 360° app growth strategy, including Adjust-based measurement, data analysis, and media activation across Google Ads, ASA and in‑app networks.

You will map in‑app events, configure postbacks, and ensure privacy constraints are respected while driving campaign performance and data-driven decisions across markets.

Qualifications

• Measurement, Tracking & Data with Adjust mastery.
• MMP linking and integration with ad networks (Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok).
• Event architecture for in‑app tracking (Flight Search, Add to Cart, Booking Completed).
• Mobile privacy frameworks (SKAN, ATT, Privacy Sandbox).
• Cohort and funnel analysis for retention, LTV and travel funnel.
• Mastery of CPI, CPA, ROAS and retention metrics (D1, D7, D30).
• Data discrepancy auditing across Adjust, networks and CRM/backend.
• Knowledge of UA ecosystems: Google UAC, ASA and in‑app programmatic networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the mobile app growth roadmap (UA, retention, reactivation).
• Lead download campaigns and in‑app event strategies on GA apps platforms (Google Ads, ASA).
• Manage Adjust measurement architecture and postbacks for optimized campaigns.
• Transform data into actionable business recommendations on budgets, markets and channels.
