DHL Supply Chain Valencia center of excellence is a hub for transport coordination within the 4PL network. The Transport Coordinator supports day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient transport flows, accurate data, and strong liaison with customers, carriers, and suppliers.

Formación

• 1 year or more experience in transport & logistics environment.
• Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fluent Spanish (verbal & written).
• English at least C1 (verbal & written).
• Experience with Transport Management / Order Management systems.
• Basic understanding of regulatory and customs principles.
• Intermediate Excel and Power BI skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day transport planning and execution control.
• Monitor shipments and manage exceptions across inbound, outbound, and empty container flows.
• Act as the first point of contact for transport-related enquiries from supply chain partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated transportation solutions.
• Support Freight Bill Audit (FBA) activities and related operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, processes, and data quality requirements.
