DHL Supply Chain Valencia center of excellence is seeking a Carrier Manager to build strategic, long-term partnerships with international transport providers. You will be the main DHL contact for carriers, drive performance and resolve escalations.

Based in Alfafar, Valencia, you will lead negotiations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify risks, and collaborate with Operations, Planning, Procurement and customers to improve service, capacity and cost efficiency.

Formación

• Fluent English and availability to travel.
• Academic background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations within an international multimodal environment.
• Strong experience in strategic carrier or supplier management, negotiation, and relationship development.
• Proven ability to manage carrier performance through KPIs, SLAs, business reviews, and improvement plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and business-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement across the transport network to enhance service, efficiency, and reliability.

Role Purpose
