MindMatch in Europe seeks an experienced Technical Support Transplant Europe specialist to strengthen operational value of transplant solutions. You will provide second-level technical support, lead LEAN-based workflow improvements, and develop tools and training for affiliates across Europe.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical or application support, workflow consulting, and IT tool familiarity. English fluent; additional languages valued. Travel up to 50%; flexible within Europe.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, or related field; transplant specialization preferred.
• 5+ years in Technical or Application Support, Workflow Consulting, IT support, or similar roles in IVD/medical devices.
• Experience with software, connectivity, digital platforms, or IT tools in technical contexts.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-level technical, scientific, and application support for Transplant portfolio across Europe.
• Lead workflow assessments and LEAN-based improvement projects to optimize TAT and efficiency.
• Develop tools, training materials, and best practices for affiliates.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with technical expertise and product demonstrations.
• Translate workflow insights into clear documentation and value-focused materials.
• Deliver project presentations and train affiliates on LEAN methodologies.
• Support digital solutions, dashboards, and IT integrations across the region.
