Werfen is seeking an experienced professional to deliver advanced technical application support and workflow consulting for transplant solutions across Europe. You will combine second-level support with deep knowledge of digital platforms, troubleshooting, and customer collaboration to drive efficiency and value for regional affiliates.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, or related field.
• Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement methods.
• Minimum 5 years in technical or application support, workflow consulting, or IT support in healthcare/lab settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-level technical, scientific, and application support for Werfen's Transplant portfolio across Europe.
• Assist IT Tech Support Specialist with connectivity, interfaces, or system behavior analysis when needed.
• Lead workflow assessments and LEAN-based improvement projects to reduce turnaround time and improve efficiency.
• Develop workflow-focused tools, documentation, and training materials for affiliates.
• Support digital and IT solutions, including software platforms, BI dashboards, and data management.
• Coordinate CAPAs, testing activities, and customer satisfaction processes.
• Deliver project presentations and value demonstrations to customers and affiliates.
