IPC is seeking a Transformation Lead in Madrid to own strategic programs across IPC Transformation, coordinating resources, budgets, and risks. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline health and commercial impact.
You will drive data-based status reporting, manage complex programs spanning IT, commercial functions, and enterprise initiatives, and advance process improvements and governance across the organization.

The Transformation Team at IPC is responsible for coordinating all major growth and transformation initiatives, working closely with the leadership team and the Board to prioritize investments and resources to help IPC achieve its full potential.
This position reports into the Director, Transformation, who is based in Madrid, Spain.
(e.g., deliverables, risks, issues) passes to and from internal teams, stakeholders and management.
Ensure group’s strategy, priorities and projects are being delivered on time and on budget
