IPC is seeking a Transformation Lead in Madrid to own strategic programs across IPC Transformation, coordinating resources, budgets, and risks. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline health and commercial impact.

You will drive data-based status reporting, manage complex programs spanning IT, commercial functions, and enterprise initiatives, and advance process improvements and governance across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preference for STEM, business analytics, or finance.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience; strong university results could complement lack of minimum experience.
• Knowledge of policies and techniques to manage related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control resources to achieve program objectives.
• Effective and succinct communicator, verbal and written.
• Very advanced Excel skills.
• Data analysis.
• Experience supporting or running GTM/commercial programs, such as sales enablement rollouts, pipeline management, CRM/CPQ implementations, or revenue operations initiatives.
• Process redesign and process improvement.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work across the organization with orchestration, influence and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic and transformation projects within IPC Transformation from resource allocation to portfolio-level oversight, monitoring and reporting.
• Manage portfolio of program risks and mitigation plans.
• Oversee the PMO process and ensure information regarding programs passes to and from internal teams, stakeholders and management.
• Ensure group’s strategy, priorities and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Develop data-based status and health criteria, drive transparent reporting.
• Own transformation programs spanning commercial and GTM functions alongside IT and enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership to track pipeline health and commercial impact.
• Provide visibility on resource capacity across the portfolio and perform planning with stakeholders.
• Maintain master program schedule/milestones and manage budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting.
• Own executive status updates, risk documentation, and reporting.
• Seek to improve consistency, predictability and efficiency of program delivery.
• Apply core program management processes and agile & waterfall stage gates across programs.
• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends and remediation plans.
