Job summary

Hanami International is supporting Spain's leading advisory firm in Madrid to grow its Transaction Services practice at Senior Consultant, Supervisor and Manager levels. The role offers exposure to high-profile deals and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.

You will perform financial due diligence for the sale and purchase of companies, identify issues, and assess their impact on the transaction. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is desirable.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• 4+ years' professional experience gained in a large accountancy firm.
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering financial due diligence engagements.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies.
• Identify issues that may be of relevance and assess their impact on the transaction.
