Qualifications

• Degree-level education required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a large accountancy firm.
• Minimum 2 years' experience delivering financial due diligence engagements.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to corporate firms and private equity clients.
• Engage with executive management during transactions and assist sell-side processes
• Advise on sale/purchase agreements including commercial and pricing negotiations
• Identify value drivers and lead financial analysis on buy/sell engagements
• Project manage teams and develop junior colleagues
