Job summary

PeakSeek, an established independent M&A advisory firm in Madrid, seeks an Associate to join its team and work across buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will engage closely with senior professionals and take meaningful responsibility from initial analysis through execution and closing.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional workstreams and interaction with management and clients, with a focus on the Spanish mid-market and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and leading workstreams across buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses
• Preparing teasers, information memoranda, presentations and other transaction materials
• Conducting company, industry and market analysis
• Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating information flows
• Participating in management and client interactions
• Working with senior team members throughout the execution process
• Supporting transaction documentation and other closing-related activities
