Job summary

Our principal focuses as regards this position are in the areas of:

• Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor. Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients.
• Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period or financial projections.
• Leverage the use of Data & Analytics tools to focus our efforts in delivering insights: our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work
• Provide support to our clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis
