Job summary

Hanami International is assisting a leading Spanish firm with hiring Transaction Services professionals for its new Malaga office. This is an exceptional opportunity to join as an early team member and help grow the practice; most work is conducted in English, so Spanish language skills are not essential.

You will be part of the national practice and engage in large national and international deals, while enjoying Malaga's relaxed culture, Mediterranean climate, beaches, and festivals.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• 3+ years' professional experience in a large accountancy firm.
• Minimum 1 year experience delivering financial due diligence engagements.
• Fluent English (Spanish language skills desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to corporate firms and private equity fund clients.
• Engage with executive management at target companies and vendor assistance during sell side transactions.
• Advise clients on sale and purchase agreements including commercial and pricing negotiations.
• Identify key value drivers and drive financial analysis on buy and sell side due diligence engagements.
• Project managing teams and help to develop junior colleagues.
