Hanami International is assisting a leading advisory firm in Spain to build out their Transaction Services practice in Madrid and Barcelona. They are seeking a Senior Consultant to perform financial due diligence for M&A deals and play an active role in growing the team.

You will work on diligence engagements, identify issues, and assess their impact on transactions, within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to learn Spanish.

Formación

• Educated to degree level.
• 3+ years' professional experience gained in a large accountancy firm.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience delivering financial due diligence engagements.
• Fluent English (Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies.

You will work within the Transaction Services team with an emphasis on performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies. You will identify issues that may be of relevance and assess the impact thereof on the transaction.
