Hanami International in Madrid seeks a Transaction Services Manager to join a fast-growing accountancy practice. You will lead financial due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients, interact with target company management, and support negotiation of sale/purchase agreements.

Applicants should have a degree, 5+ years in a large firm, and at least 2 years delivering due diligence. Fluent English is essential; Spanish language skills are highly desirable and will help in this

Formación

• Educated to degree level.
• 5+ years' professional experience in a large accountancy firm.
• Minimum 2 years' experience delivering financial due diligence engagements.
• Fluent English (Spanish language skills are highly desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to corporate firms and private equity fund clients.
• Engage with executive management at target companies and vendor assistance during sell side transactions.
• Advise clients on sale and purchase agreements including commercial and pricing negotiations.
• Identifying key value drivers and driving financial analysis on buy and sell side due diligence engagements.
• Project managing teams and help to develop junior colleagues.
