Hanami International is supporting a leading Madrid-based advisory firm in expanding its Transaction Services practice. The role focuses on delivering financial due diligence for company sales and acquisitions, identifying issues and assessing their impact on transactions.

The team offers challenging project work with prestigious clients, an entrepreneurial environment, and opportunities to develop language skills and grow within Senior Consultant to Manager levels.

Formación

• Degree level education
• 4+ years' professional experience in a large accountancy firm
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering financial due diligence engagements
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential

I am working with Spain's No. 1 advisory firm in Deals, assisting them to build out their Transaction Services practice in Madrid. Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking to hire at Senior Consultant, Supervisor and Manager levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the practice. You will work within the Transaction Services team with an emphasis on performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies. You will identify issues that may be of relevance and assess the impact thereof on the transaction.
