Contemporary Star Energy seeks a Training Specialist to drive learning and development initiatives within its Zaragoza facilities. The role focuses on aligning programs with business needs, coordinating internal and external training, and managing FUNDAE grants with an emphasis on compliance and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree in related fields, at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, and strong English skills.

Formación

• University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Knowledge of local and international labor regulations.
• Experience in industrial or international environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and consolidate training needs across the organization.
• Manage and monitor the annual training plan, ensuring the effective delivery of learning activities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end administration of FUNDAE training grants, including funding optimization, mandatory communications, documentation management, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external training providers and support the day‑to‑day administration of training activities.
• Monitor the training budget, costs, invoicing, and utilization of available training credits.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure full traceability, documentation, and compliance throughout the training management process.

Contemporary Star Energy is looking for you… Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL to advance affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe. Bringing together global automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production. Strategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh. Main Responsibilities

Profile and Qualifications

• University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or international environments.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of both local and international labor regulations.
• High level of proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
• Availability to work onsite at our facilities in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
