Contemporary Star Energy, a Stellantis-CATL joint venture near Zaragoza, seeks a Training Specialist to drive learning initiatives across the industrial organization.

You will partner with HRBPs, manage the annual training plan, administer FUNDAE grants, work with external providers, monitor the budget, and prepare reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training roles.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local and international labor regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end administration of FUNDAE training grants, including funding optimization and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external training providers and support administration of training activities.
• Monitor training budget, costs, invoicing and utilization of training credits.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Ensure full traceability, documentation and compliance in training management.

Bringing together global automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production.

Strategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for a Training Specialist who will drive the effective delivery of the company's learning and development initiatives, ensuring training programs are aligned with business needs.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and consolidate training needs across the organization.
• Manage and monitor the annual training plan, ensuring the effective delivery of learning activities.
• Lead the end-to-end administration of FUNDAE training grants, including funding optimization, mandatory communications, documentation management, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external training providers and support the day-to-day administration of training activities.
• Monitor the training budget, costs, invoicing, and utilization of available training credits.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure full traceability, documentation, and compliance throughout the training management process.

Your profile and qualifications:

• University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or international environments.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of both local and international labor regulations.
• High level of proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
• Availability to work onsite at our facilities in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
