Contemporary Star Energy in Spain is seeking a Training Specialist to drive the effective delivery of the company’s learning and development initiatives, ensuring training programs align with business needs. The role partners with HRBPs and leaders to identify training requirements, manages the annual plan, oversees FUNDAE grants and budgets, coordinates external providers, and reports on KPIs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Onsite work at Figueruelas (Zaragoza) is required.

Formación

• University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or international environments.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of both local and international labor regulations.
• High level of proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
• Availability to work onsite at our facilities in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and consolidate training needs across the organization.
• Manage and monitor the annual training plan, ensuring the effective delivery of learning activities.
• Lead the end-to-end administration of FUNDAE training grants, including funding optimization, mandatory communications, documentation management, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external training providers and support the day-to-day administration of training activities.
• Monitor the training budget, costs, invoicing, and utilization of available training credits.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure full traceability, documentation, and compliance throughout the training management process.
