Job summary

Costa Navarino is seeking a Trainee, Pastry to join our team. You will support daily operations of the Pastry team, learn hands-on, and grow your pastry skills in a luxury hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates are students or graduates of pastry or bakery school, fluent in English, and committed to safety, teamwork, and timely production. Accommodation and meals are provided on-site where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be a student or graduate of pastry or bakery school.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing and conversation).
• Knowledge of pastry production basics.
• Ability to work under supervision and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Learning through observation.
• Prepare recipes (weighs, bakes, etc.).
• Follows the correct and safe use of laboratory equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Organize daily tasks and manage time properly.

We are looking for a Trainee, Pastry to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the daily operations of the Pastry team while gaining hands-on experience, developing your pastry skills and building a strong foundation in a luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Student or Graduate of Pastry or Bakery School

• Ability to speak, write and converse fluently in English
• Basic knowledge of Pastry or Bakery production
• Handling Pastry or Bakery equipment skills
• Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations
• Team cooperation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and under supervision
• Ability to manage time
• Execution of recipes and tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
• Daily Completion of Production book files
• Compliance with the cleaning schedule
