Job summary

Costa Navarino is seeking a Trainee Pastry to join our team in a luxury hospitality setting in Messinia. You will support daily Pastry operations, gain hands-on experience, and develop pastry skills while learning the standards of a premium destination.

Responsibilities include learning through observation, preparing recipes, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the pastry lab. Ideal candidates are students or graduates of pastry/bakery programs with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Student or Graduate of Pastry or Bakery School.
• Ability to speak, write and converse fluently in English.
• Basic knowledge of Pastry or Bakery production.
• Handling Pastry or Bakery equipment skills.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations.
• Team cooperation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and under supervision.
• Ability to manage time.
• Execution of recipes and tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Daily Completion of Production book files.
• Compliance with the cleaning schedule.

In this position, you will support the daily operations of the Pastry team while gaining hands-on experience, developing your pastry skills and building a strong foundation in a luxury hospitality environment.
